Athletic Announcements
Admission Price for Middle School Games
The price for middle school games are $5.00 for Adults and $3.00 dollars for students Cash only. Seniors 65 and over are free.
FREE sports physicals

A current physical and medical eligibility form must be uploaded as well as all athletic forms completed electronically in Dragonfly before a student is allowed to participate in any tryouts, workouts, practice or athletic event.
- SEMS will be using the DragonFly Max app.
- DragonFly is best navigated from a Desktop, Laptop or Chrome-style computer.
- The physical exam packet will need to be uploaded to DragonFly.The physical exam packet may be downloaded from the icon above.
- The Travel/Insurance form, health history forms, effingham health system, heat policy and Cardiac /Concussion Awareness forms must be completed electronically on the Dragonfly site to participate in a sport as well.
